Mr Lodhia recently was invited by Subway to present Seminars to all their franchisees as part of their annual convention. The seminar was directed to all existing Subway franchise owners in New South Wales.
The topics at the Seminar included – the relevance of the Franchising Code of Conduct, the legal issues when transferring/assigning their existing franchised business and the importance of Wills and Enduring Power of Attorney.
Due to the number of Subway franchisees, the seminars was conducted over a four weeks period at various locations to cater to all franchisee owners.
